Outbound Sales Specialist

The Outbound Sales Specialist initiates customer calls in a professional and courteous manner; obtains necessary information to determine appropriate reimbursement for services rendered; inputs orders into proper systems accurately; achieves call center and individual quality and productivity goals in accordance with established objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers (by phone, correspondence, fax, or email) to initiate or respond to inquiries and requests for orders for products/services
  • Complete admission and requests for orders for products/services
  • Verify insurance and financial credit
  • Collect fees
  • Qualify patient for reimbursement
  • Determine charges for services and product ordered
  • Solicit sales of services and products
  • Enter information for shipping purposes
  • Initiate proper documentation for billing functions
  • Accurately log information from calls

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate required
  • Associate or Bachelors Degree a plus
  • 2-3 years of customer service/call center experience
  • 1-2 years of inside phone sales experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills are a must
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Attendance is strongly monitored-must exemplify exceptional work ethic
